It was perfect
USI had a really good stay at this guesthouse. My room was tidy, comfortable and had all the basics I needed. Check-in went smoothly and everyone I interacted with was nice and helpful. The location worked out perfectly — close enough to get around easily but still peaceful at night. I felt comfortable the whole time and would definitely come back.
USI stayed at Villa DuBois Guesthouse for a few days while visiting Chicago, and it was such a great experience. The location is perfect — super close to McCormick Place, with a Mariano’s right nearby and amazing restaurants in the area. I walked to Yassa, the African restaurant down the street, and it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The guesthouse was extremely clean and well-kept. I loved how easy it was to communicate with the virtual staff — they were so friendly, quick to respond, and made everything super simple from check-in to check-out. The neighborhood has so much culture and character, and I felt comfortable the whole time. Would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Chicago.

USI really liked staying at this guesthouse. The room was clean and comfy and had everything I needed. Check-in was easy and the people were friendly. It’s in a good spot too, close to everything but still quiet at night. I felt safe and relaxed the whole time. I’d for sure stay here again.

USVilla Dubois Guest House is such a hidden gem! The location is convenient, the property is immaculate, and the atmosphere is so inviting. My room was bright, comfortable, and felt very private even with shared spaces. The host was incredibly helpful and made check-in seamless. I truly felt cared for during my stay and can’t wait to return on my next trip to Chicago!
