COEverything is great there I rate a 8/10 just for the check-in process, the owners requires a $300 deposit (beside the booking payment) and if you are tourist non America is difficult to make the transfer. In my experience we tried PayPal and it didn't work and I was not able to create a Zelle or Venmo account cause I am not american. I think this deposit is kind of high, anyway the host was always very responsive and let me check in. Location is great, safe and Home very comfortable and clean also has lot of amenities you can use for cooking.
