"Staff has BAD attitude. Very unprofessional."

Convenient location. Good value.

Beligerant attitude of front desk staff. These people have no right to be dealing with the public. Had sent an advanced request for early check in. 1-2pm. Was told it would cost extra which I agreed to pay. Then they came back and refused to check in early. Said they had no rooms, which based on the number of parked cars, was clearly not the case. Will never book with this hotel ever again. BAD experience.
