Thank you so much to the staff for treating this Morena like a princess every single person on the staff plays a part. I felt extremely safe and the location was the best you can literally get to some of the best restaurants and attractions within 5 mins walking! Our room was cleaned everyday and my food heated every night at 3 am after a late night morning I will miss this place but I will be back.

Small boutique hotel in the old city. I stayed in a standard room on the first floor which had a awkward layout and only limited natural sunlight which came from the shared patio area. I would not recommend that room but the hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was excellent

Hotel Leones de Alba in Cartagena is a solid 4-star option with both positive and room-for-improvement aspects. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, offering a decent selection, although not exceptional. The hotel's cleanliness is commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, noise became a notable drawback during our visit, especially for a group of five friends looking for a peaceful atmosphere. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and with some improvements in noise control, it could easily elevate the guest experience to a higher level.

This is a quaint historic property. They have maintained much of the historic qualities. We did find that the staff had very limited English. We had a native spanish speaker so that helped. But be aware there is no Elevator, breakfast is on the 3rd floor and stairs to roof pool are steep. Breakfast was wonderful. My first floor room (entry on courtyard pool) was tight toe walk around king bed and would be difficult to maneuver for older travelers. At least when we were there to say there was a bar on the roof was a bit overstated. If you could grab the guy he would make you a drink and bring it up or to you. We arrive after10pm so did not receive welcome drink or tour those who checked in earlier received but we just wanted to go to bed

Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Cartagena walled city. The service is amazing, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always try to help with any tours, etc. I strongly recommend this hotel.

From the moment I stepped into Leones De Alba Hotel Boutique, I was immersed in an experience unlike any other. Juan Pablo greeted me with an incredible warmth and professionalism, ensuring that my check-in was seamless and making me feel truly welcome. Throughout my stay, the exemplary service was consistent, with Alejandro, Beyker, and Edwar going above and beyond to cater to my every need. The hotel itself is a marvel beautifully maintained with a unique antique aesthetic that transports you back in time, yet with all the modern luxuries. The meticulous cleanliness of the premises is commendable, with every corner radiating a pristine sheen. My room was the epitome of elegance and sophistication. The small details, from the plush linens to the intricately designed decor, exuded luxury and made my stay unforgettable. This hotel is centrally located in the heart of the wall city. You can walk most places especially to the castle. Food is literally on every block, streets are extremely clean, a lot of history around the area. The hotel is very secure A special mention must be made of the hotel's accommodation on a late checkout at 6pm due to the delay flight. This gesture added immense comfort to my last day, allowing me to relax without the usual rush. I appreciated all the little things , and the unwavering commitment of the staff that truly set this place apart. The pictures that are provided by the hotel are exactly how the property looks. Nice property! Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a pleasant young man by the name of Juan Pablo. He was most helpful with assisting with my desired tour bookings, restaurant suggestions and reservations. After a few days, due to an issue with my room that couldn’t be resolved and the hotel being full, I was moved a few blocks away to their sister hotel “Casa de Alba”. I was sad to leave Juan because he is one of the most positive, helpful, individuals. I asked the manager if Juan could come work at my new “home”because he is “the best”? To my surprise, Juan filled in at my new home a few days that week. It warmed my heart. It was a great surprise!! The remainder of review for Juan is under my “Casa de Alba” hotel. Juan Pablo, THANK you for everything that you did to allow my holiday in Cartagena to be the best ever! You are awesome!!! Keep shining bright my friend! I don’t know what I would have done with out you!!! Every hotel should have someone like you at their front desk. That would definitely ensure repeat visitors! You are the BEST!
