Close to the NGR

We had pool view the door to balcony had a chain lock the wouldn’t stay close and the Cain lock served no purpose anyone could take the chain off from the outside they figured out who stole my friends jacket from the camera and literally did nothing about it and I never received my deposit back and they don’t tell u when u rent the that they charge u additionally $40 a day for parking on top of the room rate there’s a lot sketchy going on in the hotel I will not be staying there anymore felt unsafe

Broken elevator, broken ice machine, dirty towel in bathroom. Parking too expensive for hotel guest with limited parking available because they were selling parking to rodeo attendees. Bed was decent though.

great location, walking to the stadium for the rodeo (3 blocks or less) staff was friendly but rooms need work breakfast was ok, check in was easy. elevators make a funny noise, and theirs a musty smell thru the whole hotel.

The location to NRG was great. Having to pay $40 for parking and $20 for early check-in was ridiculous!! It should all be in the hotel price. Trash was around the building, but there were a lot of wild people attending the rodeo...so, that's probably expected. Other than that, everything was nice.

Paying extra for parking and early check-in is ridiculous!
