"It could of been free something for the troubles."

Location was awesome just minutes walking distance to NRG. The wings from one restaurant was off the chain.

I booked online had no idea I would have to pay $40 parking fee and had to drive in circles to find a spot but didn’t. How you have people who not staying park and for the residents having to park in no parking areas hoping not to get ticket or whatever.

The location to NRG stadium.

The hotel smells, very old needs a remodel do Safety and cleanliness. Rooms does not have mini fridge, phone in room didn’t work, door did had huge gap didn’t close properly, called front desk got hung up on twice just trying to check out, asked for maintenance never got follow up. Parking is overcharged during events even if you stay, everything is overcharged. The bar over charged a 13 dollar margarita when I asked she said they upsell when they run out of the 13 dollar tequila that should have been communicated to the me the customer horrible customer service. Over an hour check in time never had that in my hotel experience, very disappointed overall. Location is the only saving grace!

The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect!

We paid a very hefty price to stay there because of the location to our event! On top of that price they charged us $40 to park! If we pay to stay that should cover parking a car! This was not disclosed to us when we picked the hotel! Being that it isn’t even that nicer I would have rather paid the $40 for and uber to a nicer hotel! Ridiculous!
