Americas Best Value Inn Fredonia NY

My brother and I stayed here on a fishing trip out in lake Erie. Location was great, we ate at the subway inside the Walmart maybe five minutes from the hotel. we didn’t use it, but the room has a couple stove burners next to the sink.

I noticed that we had to leave the heater blowing on full continuously. Just setting the thermostat on auto fails to warm up the room. This was in Mid October. Just a little advice for fellow travelers, we were very happy with the room, will definitely stay there again.

Simple cheap accommodation with nice lady at reception. Simple breakfast provided is good enough. You can't expect too much for this kind of price but it was perfectly adequate for my family.

Minor thing: our room didn't have toilet paper but quickly resolved.

Location and kitchen

The “breakfast”. There was no juice and hardly any food. Bread, a few muffins and coffee. The pillows were horrible.

breakfast was minimal but ok, no drink choices other than coffee or tea, juice or water would've been nice.

the coffee maker in the room didn't work. the coffee kept falling out of holder. it may have been operator error though.

No frills property Clean. Had everything I needed Had picnic tables and even bbq out back

Bathroom is tiny. Tv reception wasn’t good Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Only cereal, toast, bagels and they ran out of muffins
