The property was dirty. the doors glass was broken and the security locks didn’t work. the bathrooms were old and the bathtubs had cracks in them and the shower heads were broken and hanging out if the walls. when I turned the water on, it sounded like the pipes were coming out of the walls. the sink backed up and wouldn’t drain. some lights didn’t work and the bed smelled dirty. the hallways were also dirty and smelled like marijuana.

What I did want to stress is although we had an initial issue with our heat and the refrigerator wasn't cold, the staff went out of their way to correct what they could. They even personally delivered more towels and soap to the room. So excellent customer service by the staff!

The back entrance (door F) had the glass broken and the door did not lock so you could just pull it open. That was very concerning and we were just lucky no outsiders took advantage of that.

The location was good, it was very quiet. Plenty of outdoor space. The common spaces were very clean and well kept.

The building is very old, windows would not completely close. The phone system was not working. Some lights in the room were not working. They do seem to be in process of making updates. They are listed as being pet friendly, I was told they were not. They we're willing to comprise and waive fees for my pet. Although there was another pet visiting at the same time.

Very convenient location. Stores, restaurants, and gas stations all very close. Hotel is a little odd since it is 2 hotels n 1 building, but nice and clean. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but more than just donuts and coffee.

Nothing was a disappointment. It was kind of odd and confusing that it was 2 hotels in 1. Never came across that before. But whence you realize that no issues.
