Bad area nothing around

No handicap accessible. No elevator Staff was rude

I didn’t like anything.. The bathrooms were small . The pillows were half the size. The staff was gonna help a foreigner who called & walked in after us & we were in line waiting for over 15 minutes & I had to speak up . This place was NOT handicap accessible & they do not advertise that !! My handicap dad had to try to do 18 steps to get to our room.. Very unsatisfied !!!

The location was good because it was close to the center of Fredonia.

The hallway smelled like cigarette. The free breakfast wasn’t very good. The room had a door to the other room, it was locked but there was no sound proof and the people in the other room we’re talking very loud at 1 am and had their tv on which made it difficult to sleep.

Everything was very nice. A little outside maintenance could help. The holes in the parking lots could be patched.
