Best Western Glenview - Chicagoland Inn and Suites

Staff was very nice

My room could have been a little more clean.

Breakfast items were sufficient and well prepared. Might want to consider cough/sneeze shields as many customers seemed to be ill/coughing. The location is excellent as it provides access to all major transportation routes to downtown, the airport and Lake Michigan attractions. Very curteous staff who were friendly and professional.

Providing de-caffinated coffee would have been nice.

Location

Front desk and housekeeping service was poor. We had to ask for room cleaning. Front desk didn’t provided clearly information at arrival. We were ask not to park in front of the hotel about 3 days later of arrival because the area belongs to a restaurant, but parking lot is not clearly identified for the hotels and restaurant.

Door lock had to be manipulated to get locked and exhaust fan in bathroom ran constantly. Sounded like a lawnmower
