Best Western Glenview - Chicagoland Inn and Suites

After my connecting flight at O'Hare was canceled at about 10 pm, the airline provided several options for use of a hotel voucher, and I ended up at this Best Western that was under 30 minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle to/from the airport available (I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes at 11 pm so Uber'ed there but the shuttle was a reliable morning option back to the airport). The hotel is close to the highway, so traffic noise is possible depending on which side of the hotel you're on. Hotel room was clean, bedding was comfortable, and breakfast was included with the room (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, etc.).

Room was clean, functional, and the breakfast was decent.

Room a bit cramped; not as good a value as other stays on our trip. Freeway behind the hotel is noisy.

Comfortable room and helpful staff. Seems to have been recently remodeled with carpet and decor. Requested a quiet room and had a good sleep.

Unfortunately, breakfast is in an overly crowded space and the food wasn't seasoned. Long waits to self-serve food due to congestion, and no salt in sight to add to eggs, etc.

Somehow I missed in all the reviews that it was about 100 feet from the freeway (see pics - view from back door of hotel). We requested a room on the other side of freeway which we got. We were in a first floor suite that looked into the parking lot. First floor def felt crowded and darker - we had family on the 3rd floor and it felt nicer, brighter, cleaner there. Breakfast area was much too small and crowded, so much so that we opted out. Options typical- waffles eggs etc. Everyone that works there are lovely and helpful. It’s just the little things that could have earned it more stars- our room needed a new paint job, a drawer was falling off in the kitchen, fridge wobbly and difficult to open. Bathroom small and oddly no fan which is needed with a family of four :-) Quiet at night which was surprising given the proximity to major road and freeway. Beds were comfortable.

El día antes de mi check-in le envié email para pedir un cambio en mi reservacion. Solo me indicaron que debía comunicarme con Booking qué fui la página donde hice la reservacion. Llamé a Booking donde los llamaron, no le contestaron el teléfono ni la petición que Booking le envió. Gracias a eso, perdí una noche de mi reservacion de tres noches. Deben mejorar la comunicación. 0/10

I had a really great experience staying at the best western glenview and would definitely recommend it to others. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Everyone we interacted with throughout our stay was friendly and accommodating, and it really made a difference in the overall experience. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds were cozy and the room had plenty of space to relax after a long day. Everything felt fresh and organized, and housekeeping clearly does a great job keeping the rooms in good condition. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The location is another big plus. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, and major roads, which made getting around the area very easy. Whether you’re visiting Chicago downtown for shopping, business, or just passing through the Chicago area, the location makes it really convenient. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Staff members were attentive and always willing to help if we had questions or needed anything. It’s clear they care about making sure guests have a positive stay. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. Between the clean and comfortable rooms, great service, and convenient location, I would absolutely stay here again. It’s a solid choice for anyone visiting the O'Hare/Chicago area, whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or for work.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel. Shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. TV I could watch YouTube on . Love this location
