CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca

First they denied saying it is not in your meal plan .so no dinner whearas it was there in my meal plan.. Second they told only half litre of water two bottles per day...when requested for plain water they denied no plain water...it's offense to deny any human of plain water. Third during the day of checkout I asked for laundry[2jeans and shirt) which they lost..then later night after the second day checking out from my hotel room . They found n told Now when asked to send it They are saying sir it's chargeable.they lost it and found but I have to pay Mr karthik... jeevan and rest all new administration staff screwing up citadel hyderabad image. I visited citadel many times in past never faced such .but now new administration royally screwing up things. Mr santosh hotel incharge should take a note of miscommunication and goofups by the new administration staff.orelse many customers have to face this like what I had to

This hotel is very convenient to us as our business location. Food and hospitality are very good. we special thanks to Beni and there team to give us best service. Hotel are beautiful and neet and clean .locations vises it perfect to customer

Citadel by Vinnca in Hyderabad is the best choice to stay with children and family. The breakfast was delicious with a widespread of varieties..Beni served us well during our breakfast.. The rooms are worth every penny.. Come here for a calm & Comfy Stay
