Honestly, it's difficult to find anything positive about the property itself. However, the location might be one of the only redeeming factors. But beyond that, the overall experience has been quite disappointing.

There were several major issues with the property that made my stay extremely uncomfortable. To start with, the intercom wasn’t working, which made it impossible to get in touch with the hotel staff when I needed something. This alone was inconvenient, but it was just the beginning. The bathroom had severe water clogging, and no matter what I did, the water wouldn’t drain properly. To make things worse, the fittings were old and rusted, clearly showing a lack of maintenance over the years. It’s one thing to stay in an older property, but when basic amenities like a clean, functional bathroom aren’t up to par, it becomes very frustrating. What shocked me the most was the attitude of the staff. When I complained to the manager, instead of taking my concerns seriously, he just laughed and didn’t take any action. He didn’t offer to change my room or even send someone to fix the issues. His response felt dismissive and unprofessional, as if the discomfort of guests was not a priority at all. The overall attitude of the staff was just as troubling. They seemed completely indifferent to the problems guests were facing. There was no sense of urgency or concern when I raised my issues, and it felt like customer satisfaction was the last thing on their minds. I was left feeling like my complaints didn’t matter, and the lack of basic service and respect made the entire experience very frustrating. In short, the property felt neglected, both in terms of physical maintenance and customer service. It’s one thing to have old fittings, but when both the facilities and the staff’s attitude are lacking, it’s incredibly disheartening as a guest.

Behaviour of Reception staff was not satisfactory

My experience with property is pretty bad since the check-in process. They couldn’t even find my reservation. Next room is not worth of the money i paid. Service is horrible, elevators dont work. The wait time elevators is very high. Requested additional towel, never delivered to room. Horrible experience until checkout. Told check out waited fir porter for 15 mins, never showed, i dragged all my bags. Checkout is another horrible story. Never ever i will stay here or recommend anyone.

The stay and service was amazing

I paid $80 for one night and thought it’s a 4 star hotel. The service is okay. I received 3 to 5 calls after my checkout. As an overseas visitor I don’t have local number.

Loved our stay. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast. Comfortable bedding. Highly recommend the stay.
