Beni’s service and hospitality is outstanding the way she delivers everything is excellent. Also the we love the breakfast specially masala dosa with chutneys and sambar at the buffet at citadel hotel. There is very good environment love to visit again.

The ambience and cleanness

Very rude staff at the front office, requested for a. Little late check out since our event would end a bit late, the staff demanded half day charges for 3 hrs extension. Also the venue is always full of wedding events and loud music is played till 12:00 am which is very annoying. Wouldnt recommend this for a business stay.
