"Good"

Tv service wasn’t working. Cops were dealing with people outside being kicked out. Smelled like smoke. You get what you pay for I guess...

"Fixer-Upper"

The property was being renovated, and is a bit of a fixer-upper. It is trying to keep up with commercial development around it, but is a bit older and not as polished.

The room was really bare bones but it was clean. The tv was flat screen and there was a small microwave which I didn't use. It would be nice for someone staying more than 1 night if the room had a mini fridge. The property is situated between a busy 725 and I-675 but still the noise wasn't bad at all which surprised me. It was a little tricky getting out of the motel area at first because you have to drive around a Midas business. Overall, a good place to stay considering the other hotels in the area and the price.

"Expected a smoking room that was booked."

Hotel was better than expected for the price. Booked a smoking room but none were available, would have had to pay more upon arrival. Don't know if that's hotel.com or the hotel error. Feel like I was misled and not sure I want to use this site again to be honest. The bathroom floor needed mopped badly, cleaned it myself. Could hear everything that went on outside. I'm happy that they stayed out of the room since I had my dog with me. There was also plenty of grass for her to potty.

The room was filthy!!! There was dirt along the floor boards. The shower curtain had mold on it. All they had for amenities was a bar of soap. The bed spread had holes in it and the sheets had dirt marks on them. We stayed for one hours and left and the reason we were thete that long was so I could call another hotel and reserve a room. They manager advised we couldnt have a full refund because we were there for over a half hour. I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay in that dump!!

Remodeling when I was there things are looking up. Right next to a mall. Tv didn’t work but maybe they were not ready yet
