"Lovely hotel, but not soundproof"

The location is fantastic and service was very nice & helpful. The building, however, has such thin walls. We could hear every foot step from the person above us - constantly waking us up in the middle of the night. I just wish for the amount of money paid, you'd be able to get a good nights sleep.

Pro: very Close to slopes. Cons: old rooms/bathroom, staff interactions bad in multiple occasions, breakfast few options and can’t order a la carte - which I was told rudely. Overall, not a 4 star experience, more what I would expect from 2 or 3

"Perfect anniversary celebration"

We were celebrating our 34th anniversary. The front desk happily upgraded us. The property is very nice with many amenities...wonderful homemade brkfst, thick hooded robes, flip flops, complimentary tote bag, nice room furnishings, free bikes to use - top notch! Plus there are great trails & waterfalls nearby to explore!
