All staff are kind and professional Rooms and entire property are clean and without wear Lovely patio and pool Easy free parking Restaurant and bar on-site is very nice, great service, and actually has very good food Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows If your travel partner has your room bathroom busy, there are large, common area bathrooms on either side of the lobby. Short drive to downtown Harrisburg Why am I rating a 9 and not a 10? I don’t want to give the impression that this is a luxury experience. This is not a “fancy pants” place but it is very nice.

For the most part, this is a quiet location. During my last stay, my room was in the back side of the building where a loud food delivery tractor trailer arrived at the wee hours of the morning and running right outside of my window. Next was the trash truck at around 6:00 AM beeping like crazy. If you’re a light sleeper like me, ask for a room that faces the front or not near the delivery/pick up zones. Two things the rooms are lacking: An outlet near the desk and more hooks or racks for wet towels. Also to note: at the time of my reservation, Booking.com stated that breakfast is included with your stay. It is not but you can enjoy a nice sit down breakfast in the restaurant (at your own cost) or you can purchase grab-and-go items in the lobby. None of the above would prevent me from returning. I do like this hotel!

Not disabled friendly. No elevators, steps and stairs everywhere. The restaurant was woefully understaffed for breakfast, which was unacceptable as there were 20 sleeping rooms booked for the event. Where did they think we were going to have breakfast!
