The staff on duty 10/11 in the evening were so helpful after a disastrous travel day. They helped our family get luggage up stairs as there weren’t any ground floor rooms & father is handicapped. Shout out to the 3!

Limited availability of rooms without needing g to use steps. Seeing a lift for the dining room made me wonder why it couldn’t be done for rooms.

"Beautiful hotel in the middle of Harrisburg"

We booked this hotel at the last minute, and check-in was great! We had some trouble figuring out how to use the TV, and Jose came to our room to help us. He was so awesome and attentive to our needs, even though we arrived after his shift had ended. He greeted us with a smile, and it was clear he has a true spirit of service and genuinely loves his job. Thanks to him, our stay was wonderful — we’ll definitely be back!

Breakfast could be a good addition
