Penn Harris Hotel Harrisburg, Trademark by Wyndham

When I arrived, the hotel was chaotic—parties everywhere, no parking available, and loud music throughout the night. It seemed like many of the people there weren’t even guests. The front desk said they’d take care of it but never followed through, and the noise continued. Even if this is the only place available late at night, you’d honestly be more comfortable sleeping in your car. One of the worst nights and poorest management experiences I’ve ever had.

We were not able to stay here as the hotel has no elevator and have arthritis in my hips. There were no accommodations on the first floor.

No elevator. I understand, the property wants to preserve its historical value but I can’t walk the stairs.

Had a small dog with me, they have specific rooms for animals and they dont look like the pictures of the other rooms. On side of hotel by road.

There is an obvious water problem in the hotel. The whole place feels damp. My room was damp. My sheets felt wet.

Everything was great from check in with Brandon to Mark in the restaurant. Also the staff in the bar was very good.
