Staybridge Suites - Columbus - Worthington, an IHG Hotel

Our main complain # 72772207261883 is that we checked in on Fri, March 1 and on next morning March 2 Saturday we had no HOT WATER to shower . The water was ice cold . . Since EXPEDIA has charged my credit card we request that you refund our money or issue an equivalent value voucher for another hotel stay with no time limit . Thank you.

This hotel is probably my favorite in town it’s quiet and lowkey I always enjoy my stay but the only thing I’d say about this time is the water in my room didn’t really get that hot it seemed as my stay progressed it got cooler and cooler but other than that everything was fine.

I liked the hotel although the parking was very limited. It was a pleasant stay and the amenities are awesome. There was a full refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and all the kitchen essentials. The area is safe and picturesque.

It was a beautiful suite for a very affordable price, & the free, all you can eat breakfast, as well as the Social Hour appetizers & wine/beer were wonderful, added bonuses! We’ll definitely be back!

Staybridge is always a nice hotel to stay in. One complaint would be that our shower did not work, but they got a situated in another room. Nice up-to-date, good, breakfast, selections, friendly staff.

No hot water the first day. Could not get a shower our first morning.

Channelle (Sp) at reception was awesome and friendly. Checked in a 4:45PM and room was not ready. Was put in another room - upgraded to one bedroom suite. Room smelled like burnt old cheese popcorn. No other rooms available. Had to go to store and buy Febreze, Febreze Fabric, and Arm and Hammer Carpet Odor remover. Left room for 5 hours, smell still lightly there, did some more Febreze and same thing in middle of night. Door closed to room were out of order as well. Breakfast was more than I could ask for and staff was great.

Needs some updating. We stayed for location. We had two tvs in our suite. The tv in the suite area only had 3 channels. So we had to hang out in the bedroom, a waste of our large suite.

This is a MedVet recommended hotel and the hotel is perfect. Our dog needed a special surgery, she is 70lbs and not welcome at most animal friendly hotels however this place was amazing and exceptional. She has never been to a hotel so we had concerns but they were quickly dispelled. The design and amenities are excellent for those of us with animals - plenty of space, small kitchen with everything needed for short or long term stays, and nice areas to walk the dogs and nearby restaurants - many have delivery. The rooms were very clean, hallways were clean, and the property was very clean. There is a nice outdoor pool and basketball court. The checkin area and reception/breakfast area is a separate bldg from the apartment style rooms. The only dislikes were the reception in the evenings and breakfast - very slim choices and all self serve in the evenings. There was no ice for beverages in the evenings and all available drinks were warm. It's acceptable. Our dog was comfortable and seemed to enjoy her stay. We will be back for future vet visits and we will stay here again. Despite being animal friendly, they do not smell, the cleaning group is exceptional at keeping hair and smell under control. So Many places stink from smokers but this was also not the case. There is plenty of parking in the front sides and back with easy access into the bldg. Thank you to Staybridges for having a place for pet owners of all size pets!! The staff are very helpful and friendly. This location is near an historical town, COSI, and the zoo.

The staff there blew me away with their kindness and consideration. Ill definitely be back.
