Staybridge Suites - Columbus - Worthington, an IHG Hotel

I would not recommend this hotel. It was dirty, there was no hot water in the shower and the room looked beat up. It was a terrible hotel.

Would stay again however there was very obvious water damage to my room missing trim. Old muffins on the floor. The good was friendly staff AMAZING cont. breakfast and very comfortable beds and a nice room set up! Would definitely stay again tho everything aside looked like they were trying to remodel.

Firstly, the room reeked of smoke and was labeled non smoking. We checked in super late so at that point I didn’t want to go back and complain or move rooms. Then, there was no hot water for our shower- so we had to get in bed dirty. THEN, in the morning, even though check out was noon and we had our DND sign on the door, maids knocked on our door 3 separate times. Almost like they wanted us out so they didn’t have to come back to our floor later. It was obnoxious and rude. I’ve never had a bad experience like this before so I’m super disappointed. Will not come back.

The property looked exactly like the pictures & the staff were friendly..I traveled with my mom & my 6yo son from down from Cleveland & our room was upgraded due to no rooms being available for early check-in, which was very accomodating for us!! I would DEF recommend family & friends to stay here in the future!!

Hair in the bed, trash filled cabinet under kitchen sink and vomit in the bathtub in our first room. New room had a marijuana smell so strong we could smell it down the hallway.

Cons: Room is in need of repair. Dirty needle found on bathroom counter. Hotel needs a deep clean. Pros: Breakfast decent and size of the room is nice. Location is perfect with restaurants nearby. Starbucks up the street. Lots of hotels nearby, pick another one if you can.

This location needs to be updated and more modern. But overall it was a nice stay

This was a terrible hotel experience. The elevator was broken so we hauled our luggage up to floor 3 only to find a room that had not been cleaned (no bedding,trash everywhere). Call the front desk to be told to haul luggage back down to car, drive to front to get new room keys. When we get to the new room it smells like strong air freshener so I opened the windows. After closing them I smelled animal urine so strong from the carpet. We also had no hot water that night but did the next morning. I was given an unknown number of reward points for this but they still have not shown up on my account.
