Staybridge Suites - Columbus - Worthington, an IHG Hotel

Ac did not work in the bedroom was 77° went 2 days arguing with staff to get help and was told at 5:30 on last evening we could leave that night and wouldnt get charged after having to call executive offices! Only compensation after everything.Then had to find another place to stay at night.

This was a nice hotel! Very convenient and spacious. We had never stayed here before and would definitely stay again!

I would not recommend this property. Stayed in Worthington a while back and it was nice, decent area for a conference. Came down here this time with my family for the OSU commencement. This hotel is trash. Dirty, like, years of grime that needs a refurbish, spot cleaning isn't doing it. Ceiling in the bathroom looked like it collapsed once and was patched. No hand soap for the rooms, I was told to use the body wash in the shower. Had a fire alarm go off at 6:00 am and had to evacuate the building. People staying there was quite the eclectic mix, cheer moms to construction workers to what looked to be several recent parolees. One of the employees got on the elevator with us. She was high af. The odor of the marijuana permeated the air. Never again.

The service was excellent, room very clean. We had everything we needed.

Not enough towels for my whole family. False fire alarm at 7:00am, not enough staff at night

This property was nice for what I booked it at, but the final cost of the property was more than what I booked it for on Expedia. There was no hot water in one of the bathrooms and the other bathroom's tub was clogged. It also did not allow the shower to fully come seperate from the tub spout. This caused the tub and shower to be on at the same time and cause the tub to fill.

Convenient location but old property and rooms showed it (paint peeling inside the bathroom, slow draining faucet etc). Noise from the freeway does not help either (windows don’t block it out completely).

Great room, great location, very clean. The only thing bad I have to say is that I could not get any hot water in my shower and that was not cool for two days.

The staff was very helpful. The free breakfast was diverse and changed daily. The room was spacious and home like.

I enjoyed staying at the property. The staff was very personable & accommodating...Very warm and welcoming... i even extended my visit due to the wonderful accommodations..
