Absolute worst experience I’ve had in a very long time. Irene and the rest of the staff have the absolutely worst customer service and quite disrespectful and have absolutely 0 accommodation to be honest!! Wish I would’ve read pretty much every other review which is my fault. all of them are one ⭐️ annd are %100 true!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service the lobby is trashy. People are even worse. I’m hoping to write this to prevent other paying customers from wasting there time as well as being completely disrespected as a CUSTOMER!!! Your trash Irene and so is you attitude.

There was mold on the bathroom shower curtain, pillow cover ripped and overall just dirty. Staff was extremely rude

The location, which was (is) close to I-94. The lobby was clean, neat, and orderly.

The bathroom sink had a large crack in it (the owner of the hotel probably doesn't care about the sink). It seems to our family that the toilet was leaking water. The breakfast was fair to mediocre (burnt coffee). The donuts shouldn't have been placed out to be consumed. They looked better than they tasted.

We missed breakfast.

The carpet in the hallways seemed dirty and they need were in need of a good vacuuming.

The rooms were dirty, there was mold in our bathtub along all the caulking all the way around and up the corners of the shower surround walls, and the tub was so stained up it looked like it had not been properly scrubbed for quite some time. There was black marks and nix all over the walls in our room. The toilet was dirty, had not been cleaned and was visibly soiled. I originally tried to call down to the front desk to ask to have our room re cleaned and discuss the mold issue in the bathroom. When the woman working the front desk answered the phone she immediately said “you need to hold I’m helping a customer”, but instead of putting me on hold she hung up. So I immediately called back so she could actually put me on hold, and when she picked up she said “Mam I’m with customer. Hold.” If she would have given me the chance I would have just said I’m just calling back because you accidentally hung up, but she didn’t. When I explained the situation with the dirty room all she said was “come to the front desk” and hung up. So I went to the front desk, she was not polite, did not explain anything to me, handed me a new keycard and said we were changing rooms. We lugged all of our luggage up to the next room, upon entering I immediately heard the toilet running so went to check and it would constantly run but would not flush…toilet was not working at all. I then took my luggage for our family of 5 and went back to the front desk only to be met with immediate eye rolls and attitude when explaining the toilet in the new room was broken. I was then told that the only other possible room available was the dirty we originally were given and there was absolutely no house keepers or maintenance on site at this time to either fix the broken toilet or to reclaim our original room.
