We discovered the toilet was broken at 7 pm. No one was on property or avalable to fix it.

Very friendly staff.

The bathroom tub was a little worn.

It’s was in a good area of town

There was mold in my fridge in my room

Pool wasn’t unlocked at 9am. , but other than that always enjoy staying here!

It was dirty. The remote didn't work was moved to different rooms that were consistently dirty.

Easy location to navigate and staff very friendly

I like everything about the hotel and it location was easy to get to since it's was my first time to the area

This has been one of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed at! The hot tub was green. Jets barley worked and looked slimmy. The pool had a green sludge along the side of the pool, no towles and were expected to use towles from our room but didnt even have enough towles for everyone staying. Carpets dirty stained and taped down. Smelt like sewage when walking down the hall. The breakfast was not even worth it. And when checking out the lady already had attitude to who ever she was talking to and slammed the phone down. Phone rang again and rolled her eyes. I had asked if I could put my rewards on because I forgot and got told no. Which ok my fault but I have always been asked if I had a rewards number at every best western except for this one! DO NOT STAY HERE!
