It was good. Checking in was a little troublesome as I had two rooms booked but they insisted I had one and had to get my booking email from Hotels.com

Pablo on the front desk was amazing, I ordered a vegetarian pizza and it came through incorrect with meat on it, So without me knowing Pablo ordered and paid for a pizza from his own pocket so me and my family would not go hungry, This to me is exceptional service and goes way above and beyond what’s expected, I am so grateful you have such an amazingly awesome employee on the front desk thank you for this truly wonderful experience.

Disappointment when they closed the pool for the season…it was still 80 degrees outside, doesn’t make sense. The property is out dated and needs a remodel

TV should be assessible to non Spanish, ei:.English. Could only find 1 news channel. Refrigerator was not cold at all. Front desk personnel were prompt on any issues. Breakfast outstanding!!!!!.
