Severe signs of water damage thru wall. Tub was running and signs of mold.

Staff was very helpful

A smelly dump of a hotel. I've stayed at the hotel three times this year (business travel) and have never had a room that didn't have problems. This time a smokey room that I refused to stay in. Instead I got a room where a roach greeted me shortly after arrival. No heat in the room and no help from management. If my company sends me here again I will refuse to stay here.

No heat in hotel everything else was great

The first 3 days we had no hot water. They transferred us to other rooms which we had the sheer pleasure of hauling our luggage. We were offered help, accepted, told they would move it but it was never done. The first room the AC went out. The second room was two doubles vs a king which is not what we ordered and paid for. The third room had no shampoo. It was a complete cluster f{}k. The worst of all was I called the manager twice to give him feedback and he never called back. My advice is stay at the Whitman Lodge on Jericho toke in Huntington. It’s a dump with section 8 people housed there but still nicer and friendlier than the Hilton in Melville. NEVER AGAIN!!

Our iron didn’t work nor did the temp control in our room. Tried calling housekeeping and guest services but couldn’t get an answer. Otherwise the hotel is very clean and staff is friendly.

Wir haben die Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise gebucht. Das ganze Haus wirkt modern und trotz der grossen Grösse und vielen Anlässe war alles sehr gut organisiert. Die ganze Anlage ist neuwertig und sauber.

Unser Zimmer hat ganz fürchterlich nach Cannabis gerochen und es lief ein Ozonreiniger. Wir haben die Rezeption informiert und die wussten leider von nichts. Man hat uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, aber wir waren einfach zu müde.
