Here with union had great experiance everything was noce service was amazing bathrooms were very clean and smell was good

I accidently forgot my water bottle in the lobby after checking out. When I called back later to check on it, I talked with Joe at the front desk. Joe said he was looking right at my bottle and would hold it until I returned. He did, and I retrieved it a few hours later. Thanks, Joe, for guarding my pink water bottle like a treasure!

Kim in the Bar was the kindest most helpful person Ever. The Cleaners and Reception were very warm and lovely. The Suite was a great size. The pool was great and parking size was great. The Food in the Bar and Indian Food was lovely too

Some of the bar staff were quite rude and made ordering and paying an unnecessarily long process. The pool was a little dirty and the Jacuzzi was out of action

Negassi our waiter was wonderful and so was everyone involved. Thank you very much. We appreciated having the ability to eat when the restaurant was closed.

Aside from location absolutely nothing.

Linens were dirty. Entire hotel is outdated. Carpet is frayed. Mold in bathroom. Plastered ceiling g chipping. No hairdryers. Rude staff. I could go on and on. Insanely overpriced and when I consulted management about a partial refund they actually replied with a snarky giggle. I have been to many many hotels for pleasure and business but will never book a Hilton property again. Not will my company.

I was rushing in the morning to try to make breakfast before it closed at 10:30am. I made it downstairs by 10:26 worried they would turn me away and I wouldn’t get to eat for a while. Negassi, one of the waiters, let me sit and was so kind and helpful. He was friendly and didn’t make me feel like I was impeding on anything, but that I was very welcomed. He went above and beyond and even offered me coffee to go. Thank you, Negassi! Your kind service is always appreciated.

Great place

the room was very comfortable and super clean. Breakfast was excellent and very good value. Negassi our waiter was fabulous, He greeted us as though we were old friends, He recognized regulars as they came into the dining area. We had dinner one night at Nan Kings restaurant, great value and superb food. Great location, easy access to 495. Lots of parking, bright and secure parking area. Really quiet and safe around the hotel. highly recommend , Close to Melville

I was with a golf tram this weekend and the hotel staff was great. In particular Negassi in the breakfast area was amazing to me and my team. What a great experience. Thank you so much
