the food from the restaurant was delicious. Additionally, the waitress at the bar was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean.

The pool area needed updating and could be cleaner. There was water damage underneath the window in my room, the tub faucet was leaky, and the thermostat was unable to be adjusted - the room was uncomfortably warm. I didn't like how the housekeeping staff knocked on the door well before check out time, even though the "do not disturb" sign was up.

Clean room, elevators worked well. The continental breakfast with steel cut oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee & toast was great.

Very, very difficult to turn on the water in the bathtub. The chicken breast dinner was not good. Chicken was cut too thick, overcooked and dry. Very hard to chew.

I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and as such I stay at many different properties around the country in the Hilton portfolio. A visit to Long Island brought me to this property. The day before arrival I checked in by app and chose my room. That room was waiting for me when I arrived. Staff was friendly and cordial at the front desk. My room was certainly spacious, but I got the impression that a refresh may be needed. Age of the building was noticeable with the shades, the windows, and furniture. Slept comfortably. No issues with WiFi, TV, or climate control. I don't know if I would go out of my way to stay there again, but it was not terrible.

We had our son’s wedding in the area at a venue close to this Hilton. We had close to 40 rooms booked on the night of the wedding and several rooms booked on the days leading up to the wedding. Everything went smoothly. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, no issues. Staff at check in was great as was the staff at breakfast on Sunday morning. We couldn’t be happier with the accomodations and the service our guests received. The social sales manager, Analiese Ringgenberg, was so nice and helpful. She kept us apprised when the room block filled up and always responded promptly to our emails & phone calls. We needed to add additional rooms several times while planning this wedding and it was never an issue. I highly recommend this Hilton without reservation.

No heat, no hot water, no hot tub…no effort to rectify the issues
