N/a for bfast Location perfect for what I needed

I wasn’t expecting such a big hotel with so many people roaming around. Bar and pool very nice

AC was not working for two nights and it was too warm.

Good service, excellent breakfast, clean facilities and rooms

Nothing new

Bathroom not upgraded 80s and 90s style, heat was too uncomfortable the only option was to open window

Room by elevator was loud

My husband and I used to love coming here for a staycation! The pool area is nice and big. The Jacuzzi is hit or miss for working. Cosmetic updates would make the hotel even better. When you look on the ceiling in the pool area the ceiling is coming down. And some of the rooms could use some more paint. We only stay in the suites ground level floor suite. Room 101. We stayed for my birthday, which was January 2. My husband was in the shower. I heard noise from outside of the sliding glass door where the waterfall is. I thought it was the adjacent people next to us. I pushed over the curtain to see what was going on outside. It was dark. I was still able to see cause the lights were on. To my surprise, I was so scared to find somebody standing on the chair with a mask on trying to break in from the outside!! I called for my husband he ran over, which then scared the intruder away! We spent good money for the suite being it was my birthday. We wanted some special time together. That scared us so much so that we wanted to leave. We were offered another room upstairs. But the other rooms in our opinion are generally not the cleanest. And at that point it was evening time. We were leaving the next day, so we decided to leave that day. We were very scared and appreciate being offered another room. But unfortunately for us, we will not be returning to the hotel. Being we only stay in suites because they are the cleanest we find. Note to self anyone staying in the ground level suites don’t let your guard down always lock the doors even then you’re not safe. I’m not writing this to scare anyone. I’m trying to help someone else. Needless to say it could’ve been worse if I didn’t push the curtain over to see what was going on outside. He looked very experienced in what he was doing. he was also using a device to just shimmy the door open a little bit to pull up so he can unlock it from the outside. The atrium had amazing food. I will say that! And it’s beautifully decorated in the lobby for Christmas too.
