The room was good. Seen a couple of ants but overall, not too bad. The staff was excellent and super nice.

The staff member at the front desk was very courteous and apologetic because the room I initially booked was not available. Asked for 2 beds but got a King with sofa bed. Very disappointed The pool was down, and the bathroom was dirty. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9am when checkout time is noon. Terrible experience

I checked in on Thursday, expressed my feelings about the conditions and was told all the rooms were the same. Left Sunday after finding new accommodations. At this time no one had ever come to clean the room! I’m pretty sure there was blood on the curtains, bathroom shelf was broken and just lying there. Got up Friday morning and the human trafficking police were outside. The scariest stay ever! I couldn’t rest at all

Very unhappy no fridge or microwave in my room old outdated hotel.garbage in the parking lot no amenities. I would never stay here again

Shower curtain had mold all over it. The bed sheets looked like they were not clean. The window curtains were ripped. Lamp shades were ripped. All the mirrors were not cleaned. Very disappointing we have stayed there for years . The hotel was very run down.

Internet and television were inconsistent. Room and facilities were otherwise comfortable and clean, and despite being in sight of a highway, the room was pleasantly quiet.

The front desk staff was great.
