Courtyard Flint by Marriott

Room was clean but no microwave, definitely dated hotel. Hot tub didn’t work, was a cold tub. Didn’t serve breakfast until 7:00 a.m. when most people are already up and gone by then, so to have a complimentary breakfast doesn’t really do any good by then

The room was disgusting! There was a dirty sock, not ours, underneath the curtains full of dust so it had been there a while. The top of the heater/air conditioner was full of stains. Place was just absolutely filthy

The rooms are very outdated and all the furniture is stained with dirt and the room had just a musty smoke smell like they used to smoke in the room

Loved the stay However my son has asthma and the chlorine for the hot tub was too strong. I am a swimmer but I mentioned it to the front desk employee, she stated she will get it looked at.

I had high expectations for this property as it is a Marriott property. Unfortunately when I opened the door to my room I was blown away with a harsh stale cigarette odor. Because I was there alone with two young children I just opened the window for fresh air. But the window screen was broken so we couldn’t keep it open long. And later when I put my baby in the bathtub he had two different strands on hair stuck to him that had come out of the tub. Gross! Over this stay was not great!

The property is old and disgusting. No breakfast and the pet fee was insane. Pool was gross but I didn't use.

Property is worn down. The room didn't have the standard amenities available. for a Marriot Hotel I was very disappointed.
