Property is in poor condition blown out screens, mold, maintenance is minimal housekeeping is terrible, the font desk crew are literally the only good thing about this place

The hotel is getting tired and needs a facelift

Expedia had a glitch so the hotel did not have a card number on file when we got here. They had to call Expedia to get it and took a half hour. Either that or we had to pay double and try to get our money back from Expedia. The elevator broke while we were at the hotel. The shower did not want to drain. But the customer service rep Ashley was the best!!

My room was very run down. The curtains were shredded! I also had ants in my room. Pool was not heated. Hot tub was broken. TV was smaller than my computer screen at work. No fridge or microwave. It was quiet except for the huge group of people in the pool on Saturday. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Free parking.

Upon checking in the front service lady was very rude I wasn't informed that I could not pay with my cash app card she proceeds to rudely put a stand with catds it in my face with an attitude telling me we do not accept these kinds of card which is fine I did have cash. We were looking forward to using the jacuzzi it was not working they said that it was broken that was one of the main reasons we also put your hotel but didn't get to enjoy that other than the rude service desk lady on Friday the same one was there this morning on Tuesday as we checked out didn't greet me was rude all she did was ask for my name didn't say thank you nothing whatsoever handed me back my deposit. I will waiting for our Uber to leave the hotel another couple comes in she greets him smiles and tells him thank you for staying I've never been treated so rudely before and we will never be staying in this hotel ever again. And that is all because of this particular lady. The rest of your staff was amazing especially Miss Ashley she went above and beyond to accommodate us because the kitchen did not have everything for certain meals but she was very apologetic and sweet the rest of your staff was great as well.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in . Dirty run down smelly. The staff was pleasant but the accomidations were the worst.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is disgusting. Its a hotel where prostitutes and drug dealers are everywhere. The police showed up while we were checking in. Our room was NASTY... holes in the wall, what looked like a peep hole in the shower, used condom under the bed, lipstick on the sheets and we were so convinced they had bedbugs we drove 2.5 hrs back home and my family stripped our clothes off in the garage it was so bug infested and disgusted. This hotel is NOTHING like the photos and we were terrified for our safety on the hotel property. -10 out of 10...we will NEVER go back to any hotel in this area.

I checked in . Did some running around. Went to go asleep I noticed there were bugs in my room. Called Expedia and you guys did nothing for me. I called the front desk and they handled it. Checked out and went to another hotel.
