Courtyard Flint by Marriott

After check in and staying one night, discovered ants all on our luggage and bags that were in the floor. Reported to front desk and she stated that the General Manager suggested that they spray the room, but would not relocate to a different room. They supposedly were booked up. I will be reaching out to the General Manager,I feel like my bill should be adjusted.

Room was cold initially. Staff at front counter said we could change rooms. I said no because we had just out heating unit on. The heater was so loud no one could get any sleep. But for what we needed a quick stay before a flight out. Hotel was fine. A shuttle to airport would have been nice. No Ubers so early in morning

I demand a refund this place is dirty things arent clean i wouldnt recommend this place to a bum sleeping on the streets it should be called a motel stay far away from here

Toilet ran on ... and on, and on ... Dresser was very scuffed up and worn. Bed was quite uncomfortable - very lumpy. A candy wrapper was left behind on the floor from previous guest. Bed looked as though it had been sat on or laid on - not freshly or nicely made. Sidewalk was not shoveled completely. Snow was only removed from sidewalk nearest the lobby entry.

Got charged twice for the room stay and no reasonings why just that theyd look into it. Called front desk regarding an issue with the tv. Nothing happened. Didnt have conditioner and the pool was closed. Not very happy with the cost and experience.

Staff was great. Had to move to another room because shower was cold. New room was a handicap room and it needed going over. Shower leaked out onto floor. Shower head fell off bar. First room didn’t have refrigerated or microwave. The second room did. Handicap access to parking lot at end of hall was broken and couldn’t access.

Room had coffee but no coffee maker. With down to the front desk 3 times and no one was there I think she was sleeping in the back room. Then we had to pay for coffee. Will never stay this hotel again. 125.00 for a night is not worth it.

The furniture was old broken down and dirty☹️ it was a total disappointment specifically the property being a Marriott and myself being a Marriott rewards member. We stayed here several times about 6-7 years ago and the reason why we booked. It was a total suprise to see the condition of the place, the furniture was broken and the television screen was black. There was a charge for breakfast and no complimentary water. I can go on and on and on. I checked out and continued my stay at a different hotel. Total disappointment.
