OYO Hotel Georgia near Fairburn/Atlanta

No hot water! Rooms were clean but very outdated. The quality of the room did not match the price.

They were rude and ignornant. Told me i couldnt have any visitors

First of all, the staff we encountered was pleasing and helpful. We could see evidence that they are trying to upgrade the facility. The exterior is freshly painted, the room was freshly painted with a new floor. But more needs to be done. The toilet in our room had a slow leak, which meant that every few minutes it would become noisy as it refilled the tank. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room and we had to call the desk or more. The beds, while nicely made, need new mattresses. If you slept towards the outside of the mattress, you were in danger of falling off because the edges sloped down, and if two of you were sleeping in one full size bed, you COULDN'T sleep more in the middle, where the mattress was higher and more firm. So, I repeat, while we appreciated the attention and courtesy of the staff; and while we suspect that the management is new - we want to encourage you to keep improving your facility.

Tv remote did not work but overall ok price too much for the type of room... They will accommodate if you need to check out a lil later love that about the hotel...I work overnight so...

Hotel needs major updates & maintence. Shower curtain rod pulled out of drywall, toilet seat loose, chairs missing fasteners & sticky carpet.

I was in town for a soccer tournament and unfamiliar with the area. The Magnuson popped up in my price range. I felt safe and most of all had a warm welcome from the staff. On the outside the hotel looks like it could use some touch up but once I got into my room it was great.

This hotel provides an economical place to stay. The room and facilities are acceptable. The breakfast is lacking, but the hotel is located in an area close to many travelers needs.

The out side had trash everywhere. Not enough towels. Beds were had as bricks breakfast was very limited and ran out and closed at 9 on the dot

So we were just staying the night before flying out and this looked like a cheap and close option. Overall it worked for me and a buddy, but definitely a bit in disrepair. Although the bulletproof glass at the receptionist was a little unnerving, the service was very welcoming and helpful with some of our problems. The bed and room was quite nice, however the remote only worked for changing channels and the side buttons had to be used for the rest of the TV and cable box functions. The shower rod was falling down because they only screwed it in to the drywall and the shower plumbing was not working all the way. Although out of season, they could have cleaned out the dirty pool water. Did not have time for breakfast, but heard it was good. If you can put up with a few things, the stay was not bad, as I have experienced worse hotels. Close to a lot of fast food.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. From the customer service, all the way to the soap. If you don’t mind staying in a room that feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in 3 years, by all means stay here.
