Location was great

Room could have been cleaner

Staff member that checked us in was very nice. Room was spacious- especially for three adults sharing. Great location for shopping.

Feels a bit run down cosmetically. Was not expecting to turn up to the hotel with plastic all over the carpet. Skirting boards along first floor corridor and damaged with part of the broken off pieces being on the floor still. I think it just needs a little tlc. In the bedroom itself, the plug sockets are a little inconvenient. Few sockets near a surface to be able to leave your phone on to charge-no plugs by the bed at all. The lamp by the third bed was not working and with having to leave the phone a fair distance away from the bed-it was difficult in the night to see anything (could not reach the phone for the torch, nor use the bedside lamp) The room was VERY hot. Also very noisy through the night (although that’s hardly the hotels fault)

I absolutely loved the cosy and unique room. Sightseeing was great and the friendly staff made it even better. The breakfast after the festival was amazing.

The staff were friendly and the location was good.

Couldn’t get any drinking water at 11pm. Vending machines only accept coins, which many travellers (and indeed many people full-stop) would not have on them.

Location. And looked very grand.

Very dated. Needs decorating badly.
