"not enjoyable staff were not even happy to be working there"

I liked the decoration but it didn’t a

I unfortunately didn’t like much about the property, it smelt like it was a bit old, and the toilets where not flushing, you could see how poor the quality of the fixed things were

Приємний готель в історичній будівлі в самому центрі Манчестера і поруч з автостанцією, що для нас було просто бонусом. Персонал ввічливий, на прохання реагував миттєво. Номер простий, можливо трохи втомлений, але ж все було чисто і зручно. Сніданки британські з однаковим асортиментом, смачно і ситно. Спокійна атмосфера сприяла відпочинку.

Дії охоронця, що назбирав натовп біля входу в готель коли ми збиралися забрати речі. Нам не було зручно шукати на вулиці картку камери схову і у нашому поважному віці не були схожі на безхатьків. Але сподіваюсь, що то одиничний випадок
