Location. Front desk staff.

I paid 220$ per night for a room that’s not even close to 60$ worth. The pictures on the website were deceptive. I’ve stayed at multiple quality inns before, this is the first time I’m booking on my own and I have to say I was very disappointed especially for the price I had been paying. Breakfast service was poor. The only healthy food available was eggs and sausage. They brought 6 eggs at a time and everyone had to wait for almost half an hour to put together something in the plate for us to eat. Never had such an experience.

"If not for the bathroom situation and no internet, it was value for the money."

The breakfast was as expected. It was good. The staff was friendly - one was being trained while we were there. The location was good for us to go to our show.

The concrete platforms were dirty and should be repaired. The bathroom sink was clogged and definitely needed to be de-clogged. There was nowhere to put the soap or shampoo in the shower - it was gross that we had to put it on the ledge of the ground. THERE WAS NO INTERNET SERVICE!! We went down to 'ask' about it and was told maybe it's slow????My husband was working and needed to use it. Which hotel doesn't have internet in this day and age.
