"1 star hotel"

Location

Bad smell, unclean room, pictures on website on the actual way it looks like on sight. Though staffs are good but the hotel isn't worth the value for the money paid. I got a refund because I can't sleep in such a terrible room I was given. The rating should be 1star.

"A good location, but with opportunities for infrastructure improvement"

I liked the hotel's location because it was close to the places I was interested in visiting. I consider the location is one of the hotel's strengths and worth publicizing. The rooms were very clean.

I didn't like that the breakfast food wasn't replenished quickly, as there were quite a few guests and they ate the food, but the staff wasn't attentive to the need for more food for the guests who were arriving, and they had to eat what it was left. Among the hotel's opportunities is infrastructure improvements, as we identified deterioration in the steps leading to the rooms.

"Overall decent but we were not but fans of those particular rooms."

Staff was friendly and accommodated our requests.

Bathroom was a bit unclean. There were someone hairs all over the bathroom wall. The tv did not work. The elecrtrocity in unit was weird also - our cell phones would not charge. No telephone in the unit to call front desk.
