Location, clean and quiet room

Television not easy to operate and only a few channels, separate building where our room was was cold and unsecured access to the building as security door left open.

* They charged me more for motel which I thought to be a hotel, in our arriving day of our visit I paid $30 more to stay in the hotel. On the site it's mentioned that kids stay are free but not true, during the booking they didn't let me book one room they charged for my kids too. * The TV is not connected to WIFI * One room didn't have phone connection * The room smelled so bad * Please change the heating system, it makes lots of noise at night, people can't sleep

"Great Stay."

The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. My room was always clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff really did an excellent job.

I wish they had de-caffe tea and coffee in the rooms. Maybe some reading material like magazines.

"We were generally happy, it met our needs, but it was an adventure."

The staff were very accommodating. The location was great for us.

Bugs in and around the bathroom sink. Couldn't figure out where to check in as they moved the front desk due to renovation. Couldn't get the TV to work, even with assistance.

Staff were great as usual. Room in "Motel Annex Building"was clean.

I booked online. Nothing was said Main Hotel Building was completely closed for renovation. Meaning was put in Motel Annex across parking lot. There for no pool, no elevator and the breakfast in the morning was basically coffee and prepackaged muffin. The toaster kept popping the fuse in the make shift breakfast/check in area which was just a room with beds removed. I was still charged full price with all the above not available.

"Needs insulation under doors as heating won't maintain the room temperature."

Rooms were cold ..no heating effect..doors need renovation as cold air was gushing through the bottom of door..breakfast was average..
