Quality Inn & Suites

Everything was good The cleanness was super, the staff was amazing, the breakfast that was included was super good. But I would highly recommend this hotel

The room was quiet but at night because the room was near the sidewalk, the noise was more loud.

sucked, very little choices. they were not able to keep up with the busy demand of all the guests at one time. had to wait for food several times.

hotel looks very run down. carpet in hallways had stains everywhere. main entry door had plywood over it.

Nous étions séparer de notre famille ( nous étions dans deux bâtiments séparés) il n'était pas mentionner qu'il y avait deux bâtiments lors de la reservation Il a fallu quon paye 45$ pour changer de chambre pour aller dans l'autre batiment, ce qui était ridicule Nous avons payer 20$ par jour pour stationner notre voiture...c'était sensée être inclus dans le forfait, vraiment déçus .

La salle était beaucoup trop petite pour le nombres de personnes. Le stationnement devrait être inclus et non un extra payant.

Je n'ai pas apprécié de payer 20.00 par jour pour le stationnement. Surtout que je paie déjà assez pour le motel qui n'est pas nécessairement super propre. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi que les clients du hooters qui est annexé au Quality inn, EUX ne paient pas des frais de stationnement. Je ferai une plainte formelle.

Staff were really nice rooms were clean and freshly done

Contractors need to go to school their work is so shitty when we woke up in the morning they were using chemicals on the carpet outside our room and had everything covered in plastic wrap like they forgot we were there sleeping

The room was clean and had two queen beds just what we booked. All the basic facilities were available such as bathroom accessories, hair dryer, iron, etc.

We didn’t like the bathroom. There was no bath mat, the shower head was very loose and broken and had a big hole above the shower head, the toilet flush wasn’t working fast. There wasn’t ambient sufficient lighting in the room. I feel that we could have got much more for the price we paid for so definitely it’s not value for money because there are many other hotels that cost the same and yet has good ratings.
