"Clean and kind staff, but no pool availability, meltdowns from children."

The decor and cleanliness was great. Beds were comfy and room was nice and clean/tidy.

We booked the stay specifically for a hotel with a pool and hot tub for my kids. That was the reason we chose the hotel over other hotels. Once we got there we went searching for it and after not finding it we asked an employee and they shared the pool was not available, the area was under construction. Although this is understandable that should have been mentioned in the booking process, it was a night of crying from our children as that was the whole excitement of going there.

作为4星的凯悦酒店设施真的很一般。早餐厅服务人员有点没搞清包含的早餐都包括什么，不过最后也没多收钱。valet parking要65+税一晚！
