Clean and staff was very nice.

Staff very accommodating and friendly. Updated room, clean and welcoming. Breakfast room clean, well stocked. Lobby was clean and coffee available. Great place to stay when visiting the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre and MN Arboretum. We will definitely go back when going to another play.

Room was very clean front desk attendant was exceptionally friendly.

Everything was great except for the bed/pillows - very uncomfortable and pillows were extremely flat and small for a king size bed.

One of the worst places we’ve stayed in years. Stained furniture and carpeting, unpleasant odor, dated decor, tv not working well. Stayed because Chanhassen Dinner Theatre recommended it when we made reservations for a show at the dinner theatre. Big mistake. Would suggest you look elsewhere in the area.

A place to call home. I lived in the twin cities. Now as a guest I like the Country Inn because the facility is well maintained the staff is friendly. Convenient to Downtown, Lake Minnetonka and the Airport. Good strategic location. Close to numerous shopping dining and attached to a dinner theatre. Your paying about half what downtown Minneapolis hotels cost. No further discussion needed.

Wonderful stay again! We were in town for softball nationals and stayed for the 2nd year in a row. Amazing staff, great service and very good breakfast. We will definitely be back!!

This hotel was rated excellent and online photos looked lovely. Upon check in everything seemed to be going well, the desk clerk was friendly and engaging, however you could tell that things did not seem to be very updated. Upon arrival to our first room it seemed “ good enough” but I could hear the sound of running water. After some investigation I discovered that the toilet tank was unable to fill and therefore was just constantly trying to fill. A phone call to the desk and we were kindly placed in another room. That is where in began its descent into the pits. We merely dropped our bags to go in search of a dining establishment, it was after arriving that we discovered some areas of concern. Pubic hair in and around the toilet ( not ours as we had literally only been in there long enough to drop our stuff) then a look at the sofa which had liquid stains to the point the only thing we would do is set our luggage on it. Off to bed after a long day of travel and new discoveries in the morning. Dirty napkins, silverware and bottle tops behind the night stands, more stained furniture and the shower and bathroom in the light of day much worse than initially thought. The shower had hair and wadded tissue on the bottom and there was clearly mold on the ceiling tiles. The only saving grace in all of this was not having to stay the second night.

Not clean, no shampoo...none at desk too!
