A little older property but clean and just fine.

Carpet in our rooms really need a cleaning. Otherwise great!

No lounge or ice machine on floor.

The good: bedding, breakfast and staff. The bad: smell and cleanliness of the rooms The ugly: a staff member burned something in the microwave and the fire alarm kept going off. Although understandable, they couldn’t get it under control.

Great stay. Convenient to everything. Stayed here multiple times.

The hotel was nice enough. But the fire alarm went off very early on Saturday morning and continued to sound for over an hour. On Sunday morning, there was no hot water for a shower.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was great! The staff was friendly. The room and bathroom are in need of updating. Stains on the sofa cushions. An unfortunate microwave incident in one of the other rooms one morning resulted in fire alarms going off in all the rooms and in the main areas. This happens, but it wasn’t turned off for an hour.

Short walk to Chanhassen dinner theater. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Hot tub was not very hot bust still wonderful. Bar was advertised but closed. Would definitely stay again.

I reserved a room when I was going to be in the area for work. I was quoted a rate of $148. per night when I made the reservation. When I checked in, I was presented with an invoice for my three nights - all with different rates for each night: $170, $190, $180. The man who checked me in immediately changed the rate to what I was initially quoted. The rate variation was suspicious. When I got to my room, it was stuffy with a stagnant smell. I went to turn the air conditioner down and noticed filthy a/c controls. Then I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was hair in the sink. Then at the foot of the bed, on the carpet, was a golf-ball size red spot. Likely not blood, but maybe ink. Still, an unpleasant sight. I immediately requested and received a refund and left the hotel. I couldn't stay there due to the poor condition. This is the second bad experience I've had at a Country Inn & Suites. I will never select that hotel chain again.

Just walk across the parking lot to go to Chanhassen dinner theater. Friendly front desk. Rooms good. Breakfast okay, fried eggs a little rubbery, no flavor.
