"Close to campus"

We recently stayed at this location for school tour. The hotel is across the street from campus which is nice. Hotel staff is professional and courteous. The hotel is sandwiched between two streets, tucked behind a McDonald’s, so it can be tough to locate at first. Valet parking only, which is pricey. We had adjoining rooms with a kids camping style room. The decor is well appoint as in themes with most graduate hotels. The bathrooms are really small. Overall the rooms seem a bit tired and dirty, not very well maintained. The saloon offers some subpar bar food, really not that great. Location is solid for games etc, but expect an overpriced sorta dirty room.

"The Graduate is a great way to spend your weekend in Knoxville."

If you are going to a University of Tennessee athletic event, the location is perfect. It is an easy walk or drive to get to anywhere on Campus. The Saloon 16 Restaurant was excellent with great food. We had breakfast at the Graduate and it was very good.

We liked everything about the Graduate. The only thing I will say is that if you want to book a room for a Football weekend, you better book early. Rooms go fast on these weekends. If you do get a room on a Football weekend, it is a great location.

Location was great. Restaurant on site was awesome. We ended up needing to print something for a meeting and the front desk staff was so helpful - printed it for us right away.

Did not realize it was valet parking and it was quite expensive.
