Graduate by Hilton Knoxville

Stayed here on a roadtrip. It was okay. I've stayed in the Nashville Graduate before and it's not that nice. On par w/ the one in Wisco. Rooms were not the best but the lobby was decorated v cute.

We discovered graduate hotels in Tucson and are drawn to their historic, school spirited, and fun nature. Always well located, friendly and with top notch service. Our room was well decorated and superbly furnished. We are on a long see America road trip and it’s one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. From the valet to the desk clerk to the coffee barista, really friendly staff. We look for graduate hotels now.

I love the quirky decor although it is getting a little worn.

Can’t take my dog in the restaurant.

It was close by the hospital where i needed to be to care for my mother.

I was at the hospital due to my mother having emergency surgery and through no fault of their own there were no rooms for extended period of time. I checked in around 2 am and check out was 11 am. Lots of money for 9 hours.

Stayed at a Graduate by Hilton in Charlottesville so I thought I would give this one a try. This place needs work. The skirts around the beds are filthy - not a good design because they can't be removed for cleaning - lots of stains. Tub also had stains. Valet was very nice. Was told that there are two cans of water in the fridge - went to get one and also found someone's stinky leftovers. The real issue started about 9:00 pm - this is a Wednesday in November - the Kappa Sigma fraternity to the south fires up a band and it is loud. Went down to ask for ear plugs - none at the front desk. Fortunately for me - a pilot was checking in and had some - he says he doesn't travel without a handful. Not sure what the odd numbered rooms are like - but if Kappa Sigma is throwing a party - the music is in your room.

The hotel was spotless, the beds were amazingly comfortable!! Everyone who worked there was polite and helpful.
