My go to when in Knoxville, they can't be beat! The staff from valet, to the front desk and housekeeping are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Saloon 16 restaurant is on site and the food and service are top notch. Would highly recommend staying for business or pleasure.

Convenient location.

Reserved a larger King room but it was no bigger than a cruise ship room!! Several stains on the box spring cover. Cloth on the bed frame cover was dirty. Room carpet showing wear!! Seems that the property is needing some TLC.

The location was perfect for visiting my college kiddo, and the decor is amazing!

The firepit on the patio wasn't working during our stay, but it would have been great to enjoy on a chilly evening.
