"Upset with Sheraton"

Im so disappointed in this Sheraton. I am a Bonvoy member and have never had issues. I booked the club room as usual but upon arrival I was told no club room on weekends. Then the pool does not work I had an employee come several weeks ago and they were told it would be a few days. Finally I asked for an accommodation room which I did ger but on the opposite side of the hotel and with a bad knee it was not good.
