I’m the Corporate Chef for my Company. I’m Chef for the State… I work as a Food Broker Currently. I’m here for the CBI food show at the Brevard County Convention Center. I’m also a former NY’r who’s Classically Trained at French Culinary Institute, and worked the NYC Fine-Dining circuit for years. With that said; I know F&B…. Tony the Bartender is a ROCKSTAR!!!!! His service is impeccable and his smile is contagious. This man provides customer service thats not common today. Honestly, I remembered him from last year, and as we spoke, he remembered me too. Lol, great service and he remembered my name a year later!!!!! Please review Tony for Promotion. He should be teaching others how to be the Best Brand Reps/Ambassadors possible! Had an amazing dinner at the Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale Plantation. Erika, from the restaurant team/community bar, delivered exceptional service and truly elevated the entire experience. She was attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, and an outstanding host from start to finish. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning.
