Hyatt Regency Irvine

This was my third stay at this location. It’s a good, clean hotel with friendly staff. The bar area is good for gathering with associates and friends.

Great location. Definitely check out HeyTea right around the corner from the hotel for some amazing matcha. Lounge access was a must per my kids request. They love it here at the Hyatt Regency of Irvine. Our 3rd stays since July 2025 to visit our family.

Nice hotel, there was a lot of business activity, but there seemed to be ample opportunity for kids to have fun as well. The pool area looked very nice and there were two small water slides and large movie screen that was pool adjacent. The hotel is central to many things in Orange County and was well maintained.

Everything from the location, the atmosphere, the rooms to the cleanliness of the hotel was top tier!! I will definitely stay here again!! 😊

Sarafi should not be working the front desk. She is incompetent and incapable of her duties. She is not the first and last person you would want to see on a trip.

Have you been to a club lounge with a reservation?? This hotel requires reservations when you go and eat in their club lounge. VERY INCONVENIENT. We were there at 7am, and since we did not reserve seats ahead, we were sat by the sofa area. Fine. We finished eating, and 4 tables were not occupied. The guests did not show up, but the other guests experienced inconvenience because of this reservation policy. You are saying you are the only club lounge at Hyatt that requires reservation. Guess what, all 99.9% of them know that it doesn't work, and I hope you get that. You are not a restaurant. You are not special. Club lounges usually are at a high floor with breathtaking views. Supposedly, all who paid and paid with points can come and enjoy your lounge in a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Absolutely love the hotel's remodel. The view from the balcony room rocks!! And shoutout to America from the front desk for being so welcoming and awesome. Can't wait to be back! :)
