"Girls trip"

Ease of using metro and safety. Room was huge and breakfast was fantastic.

A little confusing (for a country girl) to find entrance and exit to metro. It became a joke and resulted in lots of laughter.

"Worst ever/overcharged"

Nothing!

It is an old hotel, electric outlet either did not work or would constantly pop! One exit to the outside. False advertising, no Cheesecake Factory. Mall is sitting empty! No carts, searched for 2 hrs. Very short staffed. Then had the nerve to charge 106.20 for parking they don’t offer. What a scam. If I was Hilton I wax remove my brand from this hotel!

"We had a really great time."

Breakfast was good. Location was very good- Access to the Metro directly from the facility and a grocery store somewhat attached to the hotel via the underground parking was also very good.

Breakfast was OK but could have been better with a bit more variety/options. The reception should inform early about the excellent transport and grocery options. (I didn't get to find out on time)

"Front Desk Staff Wearing Meta Glasses"

While at the front desk I noticed the front desk worker, who was very polite and courteous, was wearing Meta Glasses. I’m highly doubting they were provided by the hotel so I am concerned what happens with the video of my personal details he has now recorded on his glasses.

The breakfasts were very good

The underground parking was a scam to get people to pay twice to get out of the garage. Terrible parking experience! Hilton should be ashamed of this location.
